From application to payout, step by step

Partners earn on real customers only, under a written agreement made for them. Here is everything that happens along the way.

Apply in a few minutes
Tell us who you are, who you know in the industry and how you plan to share WildPipe. Every application is reviewed by a person, usually within two business days.

Talk with our team
We learn what you do and what makes sense for both sides, such as a booth at your event, naming WildPipe in your marketing or co-hosted training.

Receive your own agreement
We write a partner agreement just for you, in English and French. You read it, accept it and download it on your partner page. Its terms stay private between you and WildPipe.

Share your link and code
Your partner page gives you a personal link, a code and ready-made messages. A business is credited to you when it signs up within 90 days of first opening your link, or types your code at signup.

Earn on real customers
You earn on the WildPipe fees a referred business actually pays, for the period your agreement sets. Nothing is paid for sign-ups, demos or leads alone.

Get paid
New earnings wait 30 days in case a payment is refunded or disputed, then you request a bank deposit (from $25) through a secure payout account.

What counts

Only businesses that become paying WildPipe customers count.
Rewards come from WildPipe platform fees WildPipe actually collects. Taxes, refunds, disputed or waived fees and payment processing charges never count.
Companies a referred business sets up in its first 7 days on WildPipe count. Companies it adds later do not.
One referrer is credited per business: the first link it opened within 90 days, or the code it typed at signup.
Businesses already talking with our sales team, and your own business, are not credited.
